Wine Tasting Team Building

Our team performed a team building from in good taste with this set. All of the wines were varied and excellent. The host went through which wines pared with which chocolates. Shipping was fast and everyone got their wines on time.

No guidance or tasting notes

While the stag head pourer is a nice addition, this "curated" set was a disappointment, expecting users to embark blindly on the taste test. We were surprised and frustrated to find no guide included, nor was there a list of the curated pairings. We had no idea what flavors the truffles were and the shells were thick and hard. In addition, unlike the advent calendar, there was no card with tasting notes for the wines. What was in the red blend? Who knows? After raving about the advent calendar to my friends and convincing them to purchase this kit for a tasting, we all felt let down by the experience. While it can be fun to contemplate preferred pairings, it was difficult to do so without knowing what we were consuming.
